High-speed cantilever single twisting machine

Use:
◆ Suitable for high-speed twisting of various power cables, CAT5/6/7 network cables, communication cables and other special cables, and simultaneously completing the central and side tapes wrapping.

Performance characteristics:
This series of equipments adopt PLC procedure + variable frequency speed control + pneumatic control.
The entire production process includes the twisting of the cantilever, the traction and take-up motion of the wire reel, and the reciprocating routing motion of the wire reel.
Through dual controls of mechanical and pneumatic linkage, it is determined that the synchronization performance is excellent under the four states of start, normal operation, slow stop and emergency stop, ensuring stable twisting pitches and small tolerance.

◆旋臂成纜絞合運動，線盤引取收線運動以及線盤往復排線運動。
◆通過機械式和的氣動連動雙重控制，從而確定機組啟動、正常運行、緩慢停止、急停四種狀態下，同步性能優良，確保了絞距始終穩定，誤差較小。
